SENIOR BANQUET, HOMECOMING, THURSDAY DINNERS-ALL LEVELS, SENIOR NIGHT, WATERMELON FEED, TRAVEL FOOD FOR ALL LEVELS, TEAM CLOTHING, LOCKER ROOM AND STADIUM RENOVATIONS, PRACTICE EQUIPMENT, ETC

As a parent of a player – we need everyone to be a part of our FAMILY when it comes to our annual campaign.  This is our primary fundraiser for the season and we need every parent to play a role in preparing for this event and participating.

 Hudl Campaign Kickoff Dinner & Auction   Sponsorship 

Using Hudl to run our fundraising campaign will allow us to reach a broad set of supporters through email, Facebook or Twitter, and easily collect and manage donations online.

This event will be unlike any we have hosted in the past.  Along with our Dinner and Auction we will introduce this years team and Highlight the upcoming season.

A tremendous amount of dedication, hard work, and resources go into maintaining a competitive, quality program such as the one we have here at LSHS. We feel that you are an important business that we want to cultivate that relationship. With your support we will be able to make sure their football experience at LSHS is the best it can be.

  • Each family will be asked to provide a minimum of 10 emails. These emails are meant to be family members, friends or coworkers outside of the Lee’s Summit area that would not attend our auction. I am sure each player has family members and friends that want to support their Tiger Football Player and Team. We want to make it easy to reach out to friends and family across the nation.  An e-mail message asking them to donate will be going out on 7-11-17.

  • Players will enter the emails directly into Hudl at a team meeting.

  • YOU CAN PRINT A FORM AT THE LINK TO HELP YOUR SON WITH THESE EMAILS.  

  • DINNER TICKETS--Click here to purchase tickets!!
      • All players/families are asked to sell or purchase a minimum 2 Auction Tickets @ $25 each
      • Tickets will be going on sale online 6/27 through 8/8 - order as many as you'd like - price includes delicious dinner catered by Summit Grill, auction and fun!  
      • You can pay online or print form to pay by check
    • SILENT AND LIVE AUCTION
      • All players/families are asked to make a donation to the auction valued at $25 or more
      • Get creative!!!!  Ideas could include:
      • Something you have -like a pair of tickets to an MU Football game or Chief's game or a weekend at a timeshare
      • Something you've made - crafty or artistic
      • Something you've asked a business to donate their products or a gift certificate
      • A cash donation to help fund some of the items for the auction like baskets or additional items for baskets
